With more than a decade managing institutional-scale development projects across industrial, residential, mixed-use and commercial sectors, Shea brings a sophisticated integration of client-side delivery expertise and asset optimisation perspective to Oliver Projects.

Starting in Civil Engineering before advancing into Development and Project Management, Shea has advised private landowners, family offices, developers and institutional investors through feasibility, statutory approvals, procurement strategies and end-to-end project execution.

As founder and lead advisor at Oliver Projects, he provides single-point accountability across the full development lifecycle, translating strategic objectives into structured, executable outcomes that protect investment value and drive superior asset performance.

Shea is QBCC licensed to provide Project Management Services and holds qualifications including an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Project Management.​
